Refund Policy

At Limon Media, we stand behind the quality of our AI-powered applications. However, because our products are digitally delivered and provide immediate access to proprietary tools and credits, we have established the following policy:
 

1. Digital Goods Policy

All sales of digital products, license keys, and audit credits are final. Once a purchase is completed and a license key is issued, we cannot offer a refund.

  • Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once the license has been revealed to the customer.
     

2. Technical Issues & Bugs

We want our tools to work perfectly for you. If you encounter a verified technical error (e.g., the software fails to process a request or a license key does not activate), we will prioritize a fix or provide replacement credits.

  • To report a technical issue, please email info@limon.media with your order number and a screenshot of the error.
     

3. Duplicate Purchases

In the event of an accidental duplicate purchase of the same product, please notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate and, if the duplicate license has not been used, we will issue a manual refund for the second charge.
