1. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
 

Limon Media creates safe, engaging, and educational applications for children, parents, and educators. We are committed to protecting the privacy of young children and their families.

Our applications comply strictly with:
 

  • The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States.

  • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and provisions for child privacy (GDPR-K).

  • Apple App Store Review Guidelines, including Guideline 1.3 (Kids Category) and Guideline 5.1 (Privacy and Data Security).
     

2. Information We Do NOT Collect
 

We believe that children’s learning apps should be private by default.
 

  • No Personal Data Collected: We do not collect, request, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, physical addresses, telephone numbers, photos, voice recordings, or geolocation data.

  • No User Accounts / No Sign-In: Our Apps do not require users to create accounts, log in, or provide any credentials to play games or access learning materials.

  • No Tracking or Device Fingerprinting: We do not track users across third-party websites or apps, and we do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) or tracking cookies.

  • No Third-Party Advertising: Our Apps do not display third-party advertisements or ad networks.

  • No In-App Purchases (IAP): Our Apps do not contain microtransactions, subscriptions, or hidden in-app purchases targeting children.
     

3. Local On-Device Gameplay & Printing
 

  • Game Progress: Any stars, progress, challenge completions, or customized worksheet settings are stored locally on the user's device (e.g., using standard local storage). This data never leaves the device and is never uploaded to external servers.

  • Worksheet Printing (AirPrint): When users select the option to print math worksheets, coloring pages, or reading sheets, the document rendering and print dispatch happen entirely on-device via Apple's native AirPrint service. No print documents, images, or files are uploaded or shared with Limon Media.
     

4. Third-Party Services and Analytics
 

Our Apps do not integrate behavioral tracking analytics, third-party behavioral SDKs, or social media plugins.

5. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance
 

Because our Apps are intended for use by young children (including children under 13):
 

  • We do not condition a child's participation in any activity on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary (we collect none).

  • Parents and educators can use the Apps with complete confidence that no personal data is harvested or shared.
     

6. Parental and User Rights
 

Because we do not collect or retain personal information, there is no personal data for parents or users to review, edit, or request deletion of from our servers. If you delete the App from your device, all local game data stored on that device is permanently removed.
